Tackle a real executive challenge and pitch your solution to our CEO

In this skill seminar participants step into the role of top executives to address a real executive challenge. Students develop and pitch an executive-level solution directly to our CEO Ola Källenius, gaining first-hand insight into top-management decision-making and leadership at a global corporation. The event is exclusively for CEMS students of the University of St. Gallen.

Learn how to crack real cases in our workshop in Mannheim

In this interactive workshop, participants gain hands-on insights into our consulting project work, engage directly with our consultants, and take part in a practical case training. The session explores topics such as customer loyalty in the premium segment using AMG as a case example, as well as emerging trends and business models shaping the mobility of tomorrow. The event is exclusively for students of the University of Mannheim.

At Mercedes-Benz Management Consulting, we believe that fostering talent begins with supporting the next generation of university graduates. That’s why we regularly cooperate with universities or student consultancys. During one of our strategy workshops at the University of Mannheim, students collaborated in groups of four on real case examples and came up with a battery strategy for Mercedes-Benz. After a successful workshop and valuable networking, we wrapped up the day with tapas and wine.
