We regularly attend career fairs to connect with talented professionals. At the STICKS & STONES Job & Career Festival, we met emerging talents from the LGBTIQ+ community, introducing them to the world of consulting and Mercedes-Benz Management Consulting as an employer. The day was filled with inspiring conversations, fresh perspectives, and valuable networking – bringing together people as passionate about driving change and fostering a diverse workforce as we are.

At Mercedes-Benz Management Consulting, we believe that fostering talent begins with supporting the next generation of university graduates. That’s why we regularly cooperate with universities or student consultancys. During one of our strategy workshops at the University of Mannheim, students collaborated in groups of four on real case examples and came up with a battery strategy for Mercedes-Benz. After a successful workshop and valuable networking, we wrapped up the day with tapas and wine.
