If you have received an invitation to the selection day, you have come a significant step closer to starting as a Digital Consultant or Senior Digital Consultant. Next, we would like to get to know you personally and test your analytical skills and understanding of the business.

A personal conversation helps you and us to get a better feeling for each other. We offer you the opportunity to get to know our colleagues and gain an insight into their areas of responsibility.

Our tip: Be yourself and get enough information about current topics in the automotive industry.

To test your analytical skills, you will solve two cases on the selection day. Good preparation is also important here, which is why we have provided you with a case for practicing. Our cases primarily deal with problems from the automotive industry.

Our tip: Make sure your argumentation is complete and clearly structured.

Shortly after the selection day you will receive detailed feedback as to whether and how you were able to convince us. If you can see yourself as a potential team member too, you will receive a contract offer from Mercedes-Benz AG and thus the opportunity for a permanent position at Mercedes-Benz Management Consulting.
