Lisa's journey: Accelerating beyond borders

At Mercedes-Benz, international experience and cross-cultural collaboration are key drivers of personal and professional growth. Employees have the opportunity to work on global projects, gaining insights into different markets and cultures. Lisa started her career at Mercedes-Benz in the former Management Trainee Program, which took her to Singapore early on. Later, at Mercedes-Benz Management Consulting, she worked on international projects in close exchange with our team in China, gaining valuable insights into the market. Now, she has taken the next big step – relocating to China to further develop in her role as a Project Lead. Her journey shows how Mercedes-Benz Management Consulting offers the chance to grow beyond borders and tackle dynamic international challenges.

Lukas’ career path: Full throttle - now at AMG

Mercedes-Benz Management Consulting offers a unique opportunity to gain insights across various areas of the company while building a valuable network. For Lukas, this combination provided the ideal foundation for his career development. Starting as a Consultant at MBMC, he quickly expanded his expertise, took on new challenges and advanced to Project Lead. Through his many projects, Lukas built a strong network and gained invaluable experience, which led him to his current role as Executive Assistant to the CEO of Mercedes-AMG. His path shows how Mercedes-Benz Management Consulting paves the way for professional growth and exciting career opportunities within the company.
